Peter & Sons
Company Overview
Peter & Sons is a slot studio operated by Spinart Ltd, which describes itself on its own site as founded in 2019 with the goal of building “a recognisable creative force in modern iGaming.” The company supplies slots, scratch cards, and instant-win titles to casino operators on a B2B basis, and says it has grown from a small founding team into what it calls a globally distributed company.
The studio does not publish a headquarters address or office city on its site, its about page, or its careers page — the careers page describes the team only as “international, distributed across countries and time zones.” No specific city should be treated as the studio’s base until the company publishes one.
Commercial Director and Co-Founder Yann Bautista is the studio’s public-facing executive, per an interview reposted on the company’s own blog. In that interview, asked who “Peter” actually is, Bautista described the name as a brand identity rather than a person: “Peter is our guru, our spirit, the one who set us on this journey. Maybe he’s just very good at hiding.” Peter & Sons should therefore be read as a studio brand persona, not a literal named co-founder.

Flagship Games & Style
Peter & Sons builds its catalogue around hand-drawn characters and themed worlds — pirate kingdoms, ghostly family businesses, ancient mythology, and cursed highways are among the settings the studio has used — rather than a single recurring visual template. The company says it produces upward of 20 titles a year, in-house, alongside its slot line as it expands into crash, instant, and scratch formats.
The studio states it runs its own technical infrastructure, including a “Remote Game Server” built as a modular microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure it says returns responses in under 100 milliseconds, and a set of proprietary gamification mechanics (including Free Spins, Cash Spins, Cash Quest, Cash Rain, Cash Battle, and Cash Pots) layered across its titles.
Separately, Peter & Sons runs FUSE, a remote-game-server and incubation program the studio describes as open to “an internal team or a select external partner.” The one studio confirmed to have launched through FUSE so far, Bitpunch, is described on the Peter & Sons site as “Born from Peter & Sons” — a studio spin-off rather than a purely third-party partner. Because FUSE is explicitly structured to admit outside studios as well, games released under the FUSE banner should not automatically be read as Peter & Sons’ own development work without checking which studio built them.
