February 18, 2026 – Play’n GO has marked the tenth anniversary of its flagship title Book of Dead with a multi-layered brand campaign centred on the character Rich Wilde.
A Decade of Rich Wilde
Originally launched in 2016, Book of Dead introduced players to Rich Wilde, a recurring character who has since become a central figure within Play’n GO’s in-house intellectual property portfolio. Over the past ten years, the series has expanded through multiple themed entries and spin-offs.
Anniversary Campaign and Brand Activations
To commemorate the milestone, Play’n GO initiated a brand campaign extending beyond the digital format. The initiative includes a large-scale sand art installation inspired by the Egyptian setting of the original title, alongside promotional teasers and retrospective content highlighting key moments from the franchise.
Expansion of the Wilde Universe
The anniversary campaign also references related titles within the broader Wilde universe, including Tome of Madness and other series entries that expanded the narrative into darker thematic territory.
Upcoming Release Teased
Play’n GO confirmed that a new Rich Wilde quest is scheduled to launch in the near future, continuing the evolution of one of the supplier’s most recognisable in-house brands.
